What we make

  • Laser cutting (acrylic, MDF, plywood)

    Precise cutting of shapes, letters and parts from acrylic, MDF and plywood. Laser-cut acrylic has a smooth, glossy edge.

  • CNC milling (composite panel, PVC, HIPS)

    Milling letters, shapes and cut-outs in composite panel, PVC and HIPS boards. The router handles materials that are not laser cut, such as composite panel.

  • Engraved plates and signs

    Laser engraving on plates and signs made from materials including engraving laminate, acrylic and wood. The text is durable and does not wear off like print.

What affects the price

  • Material and thickness

    The type and thickness of the sheet affect material cost and cutting time.

  • Size and number of parts

    Larger parts and longer runs change material use and machine time.

  • File preparation

    A ready vector file shortens the work. Drawing the file from scratch adds cost.

  • Finishing

    Edge polishing, bending or engraving are extra operations.

Your order, step by step

  1. 01

    File and quote

    You send a vector file (PDF, AI, EPS or DXF) at 1:1 scale, the material and the quantity. We send a quote back within one working day.

  2. 02

    File check

    We check the file before cutting. If you only have a sketch, we prepare the file for you.

  3. 03

    Cutting and milling

    We laser cut or CNC mill single parts and batches.

  4. 04

    Finishing

    On request we polish edges, bend acrylic or engrave.

  5. 05

    Collection or shipping

    You collect the finished parts from our workshop, or we send them by courier.

Which files do you accept?

Vector files such as PDF, AI, EPS or DXF at 1:1 scale. If you only have a sketch, we can help prepare the file.

Do you take work from other agencies?

Yes. We cut and mill to supplied designs, including for other advertising agencies.

Can I order a single part?

Yes. We quote both single parts and series.
